By placing an order with Lera Lee & Ivy, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use our website after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
2. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and images of our products are accurate and reflect the actual items as closely as possible. However, variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and the resolution of your display screen.
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Prices for our products do not include shipping fees, duties, or taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
3. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment must be made in full before we process your order. If your payment is declined, we will not fulfill the order and are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary 2-day shipping within the U.S. and Canada via Federal Express. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10 am – 3 pm EST. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A signature is required on all packages.
International Shipping
For international orders, shipping rates vary and will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. A signature is required upon delivery. Once an order is delivered and signed for, Lera Lee & Ivy is no longer liable for loss or damage. Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues.
5. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns on unworn, undamaged items within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund.
- To request a return, contact us at help@leraleeivy.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and pass a quality inspection.
- Customized pieces, including engraved or resized items, are final sale and cannot be returned.
- International orders and purchases over $25,000 are final sale.
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process the refund to your original form of payment, minus any return shipping fees.
6. Custom Orders & Engraving
Customized and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any special orders or personalized items that are made to your specifications. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming it.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to product images, designs, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Lera Lee & Ivy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Lera Lee & Ivy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data or profits, or any other loss or damage. This includes damage to your computer or other equipment from the use of our website.
In the event of a breach of these Terms, our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

These Terms of Service, as well as any disputes arising from them or your use of our website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
