Shipping (Domestic)
We offer complimentary 2-day shipping within the U.S. and Canada via Federal Express. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10 am – 3 pm EST. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A signature is required.
Shipping (International)
For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes. We strive to ensure that your package reaches you swiftly and securely, no matter where you are.
Shipping (Insurance)
All shipments from Lera Lee & Ivy are fully insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. A signature is required upon delivery. Once the package has been delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable for any loss or damage. Each item is carefully inspected for quality before shipment, and we encourage you to inspect your package upon receipt. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at help@leraleeivy.com.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lera Lee & Ivy purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unworn, undamaged items within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Return Guidelines
- All returned items must pass a quality inspection. Items should be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customized pieces, including engraved or resized items, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- International sales are final.
- For purchases over $25,000, all sales are final.
To request a return, please contact us at help@leraleeivy.com with your order number, and we will assist you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less any return shipping fees.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, please email us at help@leraleeivy.com. We will be happy to assist you in exchanging your purchase or offering store credit. All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
Please note, Lera Lee & Ivy reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item is deemed damaged or unsaleable upon inspection. We are dedicated to making your experience exceptional, so feel free to reach out with any questions.
