Shipping

Every piece is made to order in Italy. Lead times are listed on each product page. Once your piece is ready, we ship it free of charge by FedEx 2-day delivery, wherever you are. For orders shipped outside the United States, any duties, tariffs or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10 am to 3 pm Eastern Time. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery

Once a package has been delivered, Lera Lee & Ivy is no longer responsible for it. If your order arrives damaged, email help@leraleeivy.com right away with your order number and photos.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Customized, engraved, personalized and resized pieces are made for one person and cannot be returned. If something is not right, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

To start a return, email help@leraleeivy.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label. Refunds go to the original payment method, less the cost of return shipping.
