Engraving
Every piece we make can be engraved. An initial, a date, a name, a line that means something only to you.
We offer two methods:
Standard Engraving
Clean, precise, consistent. Best for initials, dates, and short inscriptions.
Hand Engraving
Done by hand, by a master engraver. Each letter is cut individually — the result is warmer, more irregular, more alive. No two pieces come out the same.

Packaging
Every Lera Lee & Ivy piece arrives in a handmade wooden box, lined in blue velvet, made by an artisan in Italy. The box is part of the object — something to keep, not discard.
It is also, we think, a very good way to give a gift.
Jewelry Care
These pieces are made to last. A little care goes a long way.
Gold: Polish regularly with a soft cloth. Keep away from chlorine — pools, hot tubs, cleaning products.
Sterling Silver: Use a silver polishing cloth. Store in an airtight bag or pouch when not wearing to prevent tarnishing.
Silver-Plated: Wipe gently with a dry cloth after wearing. Avoid moisture and chemical cleaners.
Diamonds: Clean with mild soap and water. Soft gemstones — opals, emeralds, pearls — are more delicate. Handle with care and keep away from chemicals and extreme temperatures.
When in doubt, send it back to us.
Maintenance & Repair
Scratches happen. Stones come loose. If something needs attention, we're here.
