Ordering

How long does my piece take?

Every piece is made to order by hand in Italy. Most are ready in 4 to 8 weeks, and each product page lists its own lead time. The Name Bracelet takes 4 to 6 weeks.

How do I order a personalized or bespoke piece?

Send us an inquiry through the website or DM us on Instagram. We will reply with a drawing and a quote. Production begins with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due when your piece ships.

What gold colors do you offer?

All of our gold jewelry is made in 18k yellow, white or rose gold, and the price is the same whichever color you choose.

Can I add stones?

Yes. Diamonds or any stone you choose can be set into most pieces, including between the letters of the Name Bracelet.

How do I find my size?

Bracelets and rings are made to measure. Download our measuring guide, or contact us and we will help.

Engraving

What can be engraved?

Initials, dates, names, a drawing, or a line that means something to you. Our master engravers can also replicate handwriting.

Shipping

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is complimentary worldwide by FedEx 2-day delivery. For orders shipped outside the United States, any duties, tariffs or import taxes are paid by the recipient. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

When should I order for the holidays?

For Christmas delivery, order personalized or engraved pieces by December 1, and all other pieces by December 15.

Returns

Can I return my order?

We accept returns of unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging within 24 hours of receipt for a full refund. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. See Shipping & Returns for details.

What if my personalized piece is not right?

Customized, engraved, personalized and resized pieces are made for one person and cannot be returned. If something is not right, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

How do I care for my jewelry and silver?

See our Care Guide for gold, sterling silver, silver-plated pieces and stones. When in doubt, send it back to us.
